It would not surprise me if they were connected to Iraq, however. It seems to me that every time the U.S. is about to make a major announcement on Iraq, North Korea rattles it’s sabre. Just coincidence?

Unlikely, in my opinion. Though what it means, I’m not at all sure.

Maybe they’re just jealous at all the attention Iraq is getting.

I thought as much. It is either one or the other, but most likely the latter.
