And don’t forget the case of Carl Rowan, who advocated a complete ban on handguns and then was caught shooting a trespasser at his home.

Oh, I remember Carl Rowan. He certainly made a fool of himself over that issue. I live in Maryland, and DC has always been a great source of laughs. From a crack smoking felon Mayor who wins re-election to people like Carl, DC voters have always gotten what they deserved: the only American citizens not trusted to cast a vote in the national legislature. (Although they are allowed to observe the adults make decisions for them.) “The bitch set me up”
