Seriously, though, that's from this very impressive photo essay on North Korea (why they included this photo I'm not sure, but the other photo of jumping troops has metadata that indicates it's Chinese troops so I'll assume that one is as well.) I remember some of those DPRK anti-US propaganda posters making the rounds back in 2002, but in light of recent events the pictures of the Nork missiles crashing into the U.S. Capitol dome are worth reviewing.
