Iran: No, You're The Terrorists! And the Nazis!
Dispatches from bizarro world, courtesy of the Tehran Times:
The first state-sponsored terrorist groups were born after the first global congress on Zionism in 1897 in Basel, Switzerland.Global Zionism was seeking to establish a government and even cooperated with the Nazis and fascists to reach this goal.
In the early twentieth century, Zionist terrorist groups like the Irgun, the Stern Gang, Palmach, Haganah, and Betar -- many of the Israeli leaders were the leaders of these groups -- started ethnic cleansing campaigns based on the Kabbalah ideology and authorized the killing of not only armed people but also ordinary civilians who were not in the military.
It gets weirder. Here's where they're going with that:
Meanwhile, Bush has staunchly defended a tough new administration policy on Iran that is drawing criticism at home and causing anxiety abroad, insisting on Friday that it is completely understandable for U.S. troops to capture or kill Iranians who they believe are endangering them in Iraq.Hmm...so you're saying Time was...wrong? Inconceivable....
The order to kill the nationals of one country in a third country is Bush’s most disgraceful measure of stated-sponsored terrorism and will be recorded on the list of his crimes, despite the fact that Time magazine’s headline on July 17, 2006 was: “The End of Cowboy Diplomacy”.
