Need Some Good News?
One of my daily-read blogs, Isaac Schrodinger, is run by a (pseudonymous) Pakistani ex-Muslim living in Canada. As an apostate, he risks being killed by zealots if he returns to Pakistan, so he applied for refugee status to stay in Canada.
He had his hearing today, and he gets to stay! Go congratulate him here.
This is good news, because I steal tons of blog material from this guy. I'd be out of business if they gave him the chop. Good for Canada, too, for a sensible decision.
