Like many government agencies in America today (such as the EEOC who will not pursue a complaint of reverse discrimination by a white mail – myself), I strongly suspect that minorities have climbed their way into the upper echelons of the INS/USCIS rendering the entire organization impotent.
Roberto Gonzales plainly assaulted me with a beer bottle in a hot-headed attempt to intimidate me because of a minor disagreement. Read the transcripts of my “trial,” a trial should not have ever taken place. Gonzales is in America on a green card. He even admitted – on the witness stand – that he slapped my cell phone out of my hand – when I tried to call the police – because he was afraid he’d “go to prison.”
The Elko, Nevada police department just wants to appear politically correct, as Elko sees itself as a rapidly developing, i.e. “progressive” community.
If you’re not able to assist me, can you direct me to someone who can? Thanks.

Subject: A MEXICAN IN THE U.S. ON A VISA ASSAULTED ME WITH A BEER BOTTLE.
Because of a minor dispute. Apparently, that’s his habit in “resolving” issues.
Why is he allowed to stay in America? Please advise.
