Flying Imams John Doe lawsuits: shot down?

Almost as surprising as a moderate Muslim organization and a major law firm stepping up to defend the Flying Imams' targets: now Congress has stepped up to defend them. Rusty says it's passed.

Kudos to Rep. Peter King, whose procedural-fu is strong, and to JYB fave Audrey Hudson who has been pouring cold water on the Imam's politicized sympathy ploy from the beginning.
