The Real Truth About Sub-Saharan AIDS, According to the Tehran Times
Here's some good crazy. Who would Tehran like us to believe is behind the African AIDS epidemic? Not Little Satan, so it must be the great one. Skipping along right to the end:
Why do heroin addicts and other intravenous drug users in New York and Amsterdam have access to clean syringes through needle exchange programs while people in rural areas of Africa and other parts of the Third World do not?I like how they went from "many people believe" to "there is evidence" (without giving any) to "We must all say no to this policy of silent genocide!" YEEEAAARGH!Is it racism? Is it a silent genocide program?
Does the mismanagement of the AIDS crisis in Africa provide further evidence that there is a world depopulation program targeting the people of the Global South?
Astute observers have pointed out that most of the countries that have recently experienced famine, war, and high rates of HIV/AIDS are also the countries with the highest birth rates.
Many people believe that HIV/AIDS was actually created by the U.S. biological weapons program to depopulate the Third World in order to facilitate the theft of the resources of the nations of the Global South. There is still no smoking gun, although one day there may be conclusive evidence proving this allegation.
However, there is evidence of a policy of deliberate neglect of the HIV/AIDS crisis in the Global South.
In the 1960s, when it became infeasible to blatantly oppress Black citizens in the United States, certain racists in the U.S. government devised a secret plan of “deliberate neglect” of the Black community through underfunding of education, healthcare, housing, and employment programs.
Now a policy of deliberate neglect appears to be targeting the people of Africa and the rest of the Global South.
All people of conscience must do something about this situation. We must all say “no” to this policy of silent genocide.
The hilarious part of this screed is that until Iran got a needle exchange program last year, their policy toward drug users could best be described as "punitive denial". Anyone caught with more than thirty grams of heroin could face the death penalty. But it's the United States pursuing a strategy of "silent genocide" in our efforts to help another country.
These conspiracists are absurd. Next they're going to be saying we're kidnapping their generals.
On the other hand, this event must be part of a sinster conspiracy to destroy Iran. That, or it's a conspiracy to drive Iranians into shrieking hatred against America. Either way, it's probably against the Geneva conventions as well. John Cage? Eccch.
PS: On the General: I've said the reactor accident that killed an Iranian nuclear scientist was just that, and the theories about his death were BS. This sounds to me like the real thing.
The options being discussed the most are that he defected or was kidnapped. The other option is that he's still in the hotel at the bottom of an elevator shaft. That approach is not as desirable as the other two, but it's still helpful in inducing confusion and inefficiencies to Iran's nuclear program.
