"Muscular if Untamed" Blathersphere bucks off Shamnesty Bill

Like a wild Brahma bull with a painful elastic band around its testicles*, talk radio, cable TV and rightwing blogs have come snorting out of the chute, bucking and blowing snot, ultimately unseating the presumptuous Brahmins who thought they could ride us wherever they wanted.

Muscular. Untamed. Tasty.

The analogy breaks down, of course, when you consider that in the picture above, it's the bucking animal that's the principal source of BS.

And now the bruised, resentful riders are ratcheting up their calls to barbeque the bull.

*Actually, they don't do this to the bulls; that's just PETA propaganda. But I'm using a little literary license here. It's a metaphor, people.
