I’m not upset that Fred hasn’t announced yet but come September that may change. After September forget about it. The Spencer Abraham news isn’t good but I keep thinking that he hired the guy to do a job and everywhere employers hire the best folks for the job despite their individual politics. Abraham is a Republican, albeit a big government globalist neocon Republican, and that may not mean that Fred thinks likewise. Maybe he is just hiring the best campaign manager for the job but there seem to be a lot of big government globalists flocking his direction, much to the concern of this small government, States rights voter. I want something concrete about just what we’ll be getting with Fred as President and just sounding conservative isn’t quite enough anymore. He may well be just another Rudy or Mitt.

It’s starting to look like Newt is the only hope left for me.
