Just popping in to say go read Vanderleun's photoblogging of the Seattle Hemp Festival. The man is vicious! Vicious, I say! Such irreverent mocking of this perfect storm convergence of stoners, peace creeps, moonbats, truthers, and freaktastic numbskulls is just gob-smackingly vile.

In fact I was inspired to rip off one of Vanderleun's photos for a heartfelt tribute to these gentle, misunderstood flowers of human endeavor:

There are many more like that. It's like the Bay Area's infamous Zombie met up with Theodore Dalrymple but forgot the Xanax.

PS: Note where some budding Thomas Paine decided to rip the pages of Paul's Letter to the Corinthians out of a Bible and scatter them on the ground so they would be trodden upon. Brave lad. Care to try that with a Koran?
