Taliban to Release Korean Hostages

The spokesman said there was no agreement to pay the captors, nor was there any mention of releasing Taliban prisoners -- a major demand of the kidnappers.
Priorities, you know. Military and religious/political goals over financial and individual ones. Two out of four, especially when they both involve regulating the behavior of a sovereign government, ain't bad.
