Dear Friends

Strange how these "private" things come to light, isn't it?

Forgive me if I sound a bit cynical, but I think James Dobson's "private e-mail" bashing Fred Thompson--addressed "Dear Friends"-- was intended to be about as private as Vanessa Hudgens' fortuitously leaked nekkid photos were.

UPDATE: I think Dr. Dobson is a good man with some good things to say on culture and parenting. The media often gives him too rough a time.

I also think all his political blundering around here--focusing on personalities instead of issues--is going to help Fred in the general election more than it will hurt him.
