In Silicon Valley, a sigh of relief...plus, another Hsu drops
The Murky News details the tech industry's glee at the downfall of one of their great nemeses, securities lawyer Bill Lerach. Lerach led an anti-business crusade that punished entrepreneurs and retarded risk-taking. The WSJ is rejoicing as well.
As Globalist CFR Conspiracy Puppet Michelle Malkin points out, Lerach is also a huge donor to Democrats and specifically to Pink Sapphire, or whatever we're supposed to call him these days.
Since I'm on the subject of crooked Democratic donors, for those keeping score on Norman Hsu's swindles/ laundering operations/ whatever they were, he's not just into Woodstock's Joel Rosenman and his investors for $40 million: now his marks in California claim he owes them another $30 million and the SEC is looking into Hsu as well.
If Hsu has a story to tell, he should probably start talking or he's going to be keeping Mr. Lerach company for a long, long time.
Oh, yeah: disgraced Democratic donors...seems to me I heard about one who was accused of taking money from Saddam Hussein under Oil for Food.
Yep. Oscar Wyatt. He and his wife have given to candidates from both parties, but the big multi-thousand-dollar donations went to the DNC. They appear to be backing Richardson this time around, each sending him $2300 donations in April.
