Canadian Human Rights Commission investigator hangin' out on Stormfront

Mark Steyn has a chuckle about the elaborate sock-puppetry practiced on the Stormfront (e.g. Neo-Nazi/ White Power) message boards by a particularly creepy investigator for the CHRC, one who has in the past ignorantly dismissed freedom of speech as a purely "American concept" which he therefore has no obligation to defend.

The problem here isn't so much that someone was investigating neo-Nazis; the problem here is that this sort of undercover investigation appears to exceed the CHRC's legal authority--which the CHRC appears to regard as more or less unbounded.
