John McCain and his good buddy Lindsey Grahamnesty are still showing up to preach to the conservative base in South Carolina. [link fixed.]

Wow, what could fire up conservative ideologues more than the prominent endorsement of a Senator who recently lashed out at opponents of his proposed amnesty by saying "I'm gonna tell the bigots to shut up"?

Oh, I dunno, how about...a BTU tax to fight global warming, with a little Kyoto on the side? How does that strike your conservative fancy?

BONUS QUESTION: Who is more liberal--McCain or Huckabee?

Wanna bet that if McCain gets the nomination, He’ll choose Grahamnesty as his VP?

Frankly, if he does get the nod somehow, I think it’s time to form a third party and kill off the Republican party.
