Inappropriate laughter boy

Tom Cruise, blathering on about Scientology, breaks into maniacal cackles at the oddest times. It's an off-putting tic when you're trying to convince someone to take your wacky religion or your wacky political aspirations seriously--just ask Hillary.

It's like they're possessed by "Thetans" or something. Mirthful Thetans.

And o ye gods, what the hell was he even TALKING ABOUT?

You just have to do something. Get on the playing field or get out of the arena. And if you don’t know it, go learn it.

I mean, jumping jehosephat, was he asked any QUESTIONS that, if they had been audible, would have made this make a modicum more of sense?
