This site is still alive and kicking thanks to the generosity and talents of Alan M. Carroll (aka Annoying Old Guy). Without him, the JYB would still be suffering with Blogger's bad code and long-term archive loss.

It Was Amusing, if Crude, in 2003...

...and way lame in 2008, especially since it's the same guy doing it.

Several sources around the net identify the guy in the picture above holding up the "IRON MY SHIRT BITCH" sign at Augusta National in 2003 (mocking the NYT's heroine Martha Burk as she attempted to open the club to female members) as Rich Shertenlieb.

Rich Shertenlieb is now a co-star of the Toucher and Rich show, the ones who just tried to pull a similar stunt on Hillary, using the same orange sign. Except this time he sent the interns, and they were just lame and disruptive and pathetic.

If you bother checking out this cretin's page, note that he takes credit for "screwing with protesters at the Masters".

Anyway, same guy as in the original, still offering the same old fresh humor. He's even teaching it at DJ "Boot Camp", making him kind of guru of stereotypical corporate radio morning-zoo canned wocka-wocka zany madcap outrageousness.

P.S. Michelle asks whether it was a "show-sanctioned prank" or not. Given their slavish devotion to formula, I'm a-guessin' it was.

Lookout Judy Tenuta!

Rich’s sign at the Masters Golf Tournament did not contain the word, “bitch.” That was photoshopped in long after the actual event took place.

Actually, this sign was doctored. The original sign said, merely, “Iron My Shirt.” On the reverse side it said, “Make Me Dinner.”

The crude word at the end was edited in.
