So when you use this word about the Clinton clan, it's awful and despicable and offensive.
When you use it about Bush and the U.S. Marines in a Berkeley protest, it's cool.
The rules are confusing, and even the most sanctimonious PC devotees have trouble with them.
(I think the lady with the sign must be getting in a joke here, because even though George Bush may be a Death Pimp, his late unlamented victim Zarqawi was an Actual Pimp. )
